Has my order shipped?

Log into your account and check your order status.

Orders ship within 24-48 hours from being placed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and you can use the link on that email to track your package or track your order by logging into your account.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Quantity changes are not able to be made after the order is placed. If you need more product, simply placing another order is the fastest and easiest way. If you over-ordered, contact us at info@myupspring.com and we will try to assist you.

Orders are processed immediately, which makes it difficult to cancel or change orders once they've been placed.

How do I track my order?

To track your order use your shipping confirmation email.

My order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact our customer service team at info@myupspring.com and we will help research this for you. Please include your name and order number in the email so that we can locate the specific order you are inquiring about. We will investigate and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. 

My product is missing parts.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and want to get this taken care of for you as quickly as possible. Please send us an email at info@myupspring.com and include your name, address, order number, the product that is missing and the email address associated with the order. We will investigate and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

I received the wrong product.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and want to get this taken care of for you as quickly as possible. Please send an email to info@myupspring.com with your name, address, order number and email address associated with the order. Please indicate the product you need to return and we will email you a shipping label to send the item back.

How do I create an account?

1) Click here or the "Account" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Enter your email address.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click here or the "Account" link at the top right side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Ground shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 per order and orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.  For air shipping, the shipping rate is automatically calculated after you enter your shipping address and will show prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click here or the "Account" link at the top right side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product? What is your return policy?

All products (except panty products) are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. NOTE: all panty products are undergarments, and as such, are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs won't be refunded if an item is returned.

This 30-day return policy is limited to the United States and is for unworn/unused product ONLY. All returns must be received in our warehouse within 60 days from purchase to be eligible. Returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility.

To return your product, email info@myupspring.com with your name, address, order number and email address that is associated with your order. Once we have your information, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to you by email to use for your package. 

For refunds, we will credit your account within 30 business days of receipt of your packaged return, according to the policies stated above. Upspring is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our site.  If you purchased your Upspring product from someone other than Upspring direct, please contact that retailer for their process

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect tax from residents of CT, OH, SC, and TX.

I have a question on my charges.

Log in and click "Account" at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service by email at info@myupspring.com for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Log in and click "Account" at the top right hand side of our site then "Order Status" from the dropdown menu. To print invoices simply click on the order and select "Print Invoice."

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we process your refund.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

We currently ship to the United States for any orders placed directly on our site.
