How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Quantity changes are not able to be made after the order is placed. If you need more product, simply placing another order is the fastest and easiest way. If you over-ordered, contact us at info@upspringbaby.com and we will try to assist you.

Orders are processed immediately, which makes it difficult to cancel or change orders once they've been placed. 

How do I track my order?

To track your order use your shipping confirmation email or visit the Track my Order page.

My order never arrived.

Please contact our customer service team at info@upspringbaby.com and we will help research this for you. Please include your name and order number in the email so that we can locate the specific order you are inquiring about. We will investigate and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. 

My product is missing parts.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and want to get this taken care of for you as quickly as possible. Please send us an email at info@upspringbaby.com and include your name, address, order number, the product that is missing and the email address associated with the order. We will investigate and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
