How To Use Prenatal Complete Multivitamin
It’s never too early to start taking a prenatal vitamin while trying to conceive! Starting early will help raise nutrient levels during the first days of pregnancy, so your body is balanced for you and your growing baby.*
Every ingredient on our label was thoughtfully hand-selected for moms-to-be by a team of scientists and medical professionals (many of them fellow moms). When formulating a prenatal multivitamin our goal was to give mom and baby essential nutrients, at recommended levels, in forms that are friendliest for the body.
Adult females take three easy to swallow, easy on the stomach softgels per day.
Each bundle includes a 1-month supply of UpSpring Fertility and Prenatal Complete Multivitamins.
Discontinue use once pregnancy is expected.
You can start taking Fertility at any time during your cycle and at any time during the day.
Most definitely! When trying to conceive it is very important to take a good prenatal vitamin. That’s why we’ve combined Fertility with our very own prenatal vitamin, Prenatal Complete into this one baby makin’ bundle.
Folate or vitamin B9 is the broader term that includes natural forms found in dark leafy greens, as well as the synthetic form often found in dietary supplements. Folic acid requires conversion to its active form before it can be used by the body. The methylfolate found in UpSpring Prenatal Complete is already in its active form. Women who are pregnant (or planning to become pregnant) should get 600 to 800 mcg of folate or folic acid per day from diet and supplementation.
