How To Use Milkflow

Milkflow is designed to be used:

  • While trying to establish a sufficient breast milk supply for baby*
  • During baby’s growth spurts, if your milk supply can’t keep up with demand*
  • When you want to increase pumping yields*
  • If your baby needs more breast milk than you are currently producing*

To prepare your Milkflow Chocolate + Electrolytes Drink Mix, simply stir one packet into 8 oz of hot or cold milk (or non-dairy alternative) and mix vigorously. 

To prepare your Milkflow Coffee Drink Mix, pour one packet into a cup, then add 6-8 oz of hot or cold water. Milkflow Coffee Drink Mix has a touch of sweetness, so you may want to adjust the amount of water, or added sugar, to your taste.

To prepare your Milkflow Fenugreek-Free Blackberry Lime Drink Mix, stir one packet into 8 oz of cold water or juice and mix vigorously.
