Returns and Exchanges

All products except panty products are eligible for return within 30 days from date of purchase. NOTE: all panty products are undergarments and as such are not eligible for returns. If you need to exchange panty products for a different size, we are happy to exchange for a different size. This 30 day return policy is limited to the United States and is for unworn/unused product ONLY. All returns are inspected upon receipt at the returns facility. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
After you have placed an order, you may login into your customer record/account and initiate a RMA at any time by following these steps.
  1. Login to your account in the 'My Account' section.
  2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
  3. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button.
  4. Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
  5. In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return. You may add comments in the Comments section.
  6. Once done, click Save RMA and an email will be sent to both you and UpSpring.
After initiating the RMA, you will receive an automated email advising you that the RMA was received. The message will contain the order number, the RMA number and instructions from UpSpring before shipping the product back.

REFUNDS will include original FREIGHT charges to you and FedEx ground charges back to us ONLY IF the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or due to a shipping error on our part.

You may choose any freight carrier to ship the package back to UpSpring but we highly recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor return delivery.

For refunds, we will credit your account within 15 business days of receipt of your packaged return according to the policies stated above.
UpSpring is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.

If you purchased your UpSpring product from someone other than UpSpring, please contact your chosen place of purchase OR call UpSpring customer service at 1-877-449-4647 OR send an e-mail to customerservice@UpSpringBaby.com detailing your issue or concern.

Sales Tax Policy
According to current laws, UpSpring must collect, report and pay sales tax on all sales in CA, IN, KY, NC, NJ, OH, PA and TX. If you are a wholesaler or a tax exempt organization, please call 1-877-449-4647 and ask to speak to a customer service representative about setting up an account to accommodate such sales. They will record your details and have a sales representative contact you.

Credit/Debit Card Policies
UpSpring Baby reserves the right to not ship to an address or ship to name that is different from the credit/debit card bill to name and address.
If you wish to ship your purchase to another name or another address that is not the same as what is on your credit/debit card billing statement, you must first register that address with your credit card's issuing bank.
In such an event that the ship to address is different than the bill to address, we will check with your credit/debit card company to validate it. If your credit/debit card company cannot validate the ship to address, we reserve the right to not process your order. This is for your protection as well as that of UpSpring, Ltd
