About UpSpring Baby - Advisory Board

Walter Foss: VP Sales & Marketing, Xenosoft Technologies, Inc. He has management experience with Cisco Systems, Motorola, Monterey Networks, Aruba Networks and VeriCenter. Walter has served on several boards and is currently an active member of the Xenosoft Technologies and UpSpring Baby advisory boards.

David Haselwood: Healthcare entrepreneur and investor. He was previously a venture capitalist with Burrill & Company, a venture fund focused on life sciences with over $500 million under management. David served as an investment banker at Volpe Brown Whelan and Prudential where he raised more than $1 billion for early and mid-stage healthcare companies and completed more than $1 billion in strategic advisory assignments. He also served business development and marketing roles at Roche Diagnostics.

Kevin McCabe: Principal in Austin Advisory, a financial management firm. His career encompasses being a partner in KPMG, and senior financial roles at major consumer products companies, including General Foods and Colgate Palmolive and high tech companies, including Dell Inc.

Brian M. Spearman: Vice President of Retail Sales for North America for the Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG). PBG is the worlds largest bottler/distributor of Pepsi products. In this role he is responsible for over $8B in Retail sales in The US and Canada. In addition to his corporate responsibilities he has served on numerous non-profit boards in the Western and Southeastern US over the past 24 years.

Karen Waldon: Previous Senior Executive at Target with retail experience across multiple merchandising divisions for Target stores. Her most recent positions include, Divisional Merchandise Manager for Super Target Grocery, where she grew sales from $37 million to over $1 billion in sales over 3 years, and Director Merchandise Planning for Home Décor and Electronics, where she managed $5 billion in receipts.

Sherman Wyman: CFO, Inland American Communities Group, Inc. ($1B subsidiary of The Inland Group, Inc.), owner and board advisor for numerous successful start up companies that have been sold, including Kinder and Wyman P.C., Pet Love International, Wheat Lumber Company, Techsource Dental Labs, Geriartric Associates and Fast Twitch training Gym.
